The Cochrane Library is hosted on the server of Wiley InterScience (publishers of the Library). A growing number of countries, including Australia, have arrangements in place that allow users based in those countries to access the Cochrane Library without the need for an individual or institutional subscription.
If you are using a computer with an Australian registered IP address (this is likely to be the case, for example, if your email address ends in .au) you should be able to gain full access to the Cochrane Library without having to enter any user names or passwords.
