Kristian joined the Australasian Cochrane Centre in July 2008 to assist on the Policy Liaison Initiative and work on various other projects across the centre.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Latrobe University and is nearing completion of a master of public health degree with a main focus on epidemiology. He is a member of the Australasian Epidemiological Association and is currently completing a minor thesis, researching influenza as a risk factor for heart disease and stroke. His main interests through the Australasian Cochrane Centre include infectious diseases, policy development and implementation, outcome assessment, and National Health Priority Areas.
